Our Puppy Yoga classes are a fun way to combine gentle yoga with the joy of spending time with puppies. Each session begins with a guided yoga flow suitable for all levels, followed by plenty of cuddle and playtime with the puppies. Classes are designed not only to help participants relax and recharge, but also to give our puppies positive early socialization before they go to their new homes. The cost is $50 for a drinking participant and $40 for a non-drinking participant, plus tax. Each class provides a calm, structured environment where both people and pups benefit.
